Runaway Bay Sports Super Centre

Australian Sports Lighting Solutions, an outdoor and sports lighting division of Fallon Solutions, recently completed a lighting upgrade at the Runaway Bay Sports Super Centre, a purpose built training venue for athletes attending the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

The sports lighting upgrade encompassed lighting for the hockey field and athletics track including the

Hockey field project

500 lux lighting installation which included the complete installation of:

• electrical reticulation
• footings
• poles
• lights
• switchboard
• irrigation pump shed

Athletics track project

200 lux lighting installation around the athletics track and a 100 lux installation for the grassed area with new electrical reticulation including a retro fit to the existing poles with new lights.
