The Process to Install Sports Lighting:

A typical lighting workflow for a new lighting installation is below:

Step One- We meet to discuss your requirements- Then a full Survey of your property needs to be carried out. You then receive a report specific to the needs of your facility that outlines the work that needs to be carried out. This also will include a schedule of fees and recommended lighting options.

Step Two- Proposal is accepted by clients and we undertake final lighting design specifications.

Step Three- Project management. We oversee the project from start to finish ensuring it is kept on time and on budget.

Step Four- All as built drawings and documentation are prepared for certification.

Step Five- Soil Testing, Contour Survey, Engineers Design and Building Approval are carried out to ensure your new lighting needs the guidelines for Sports Lighting to Australian standards.

Step Six- Once approvals are received the materials are ordered. ie poles and light fittings

Step Seven- We now can set a timeline for completion of the project.

Step Eight- Civil works are carried out including pole foundations.  Switchboard and mains power, changes to High Voltage electricity including transformers as per the building guidelines for your project.

Step Nine- Lighting controls including wireless solutions and plc and C Bus controlled switching for training and competition are put in place.

Step Ten- Pole and Light Fittings are delivered and installed by our licensed technicians.

Step Eleven- Commissioning- once the lighting is in place they are tested to ensure the lighting is meeting the required standards.

Step Twelve- Staff Training night is organised and a maintenance program is put in place.

Step Thirteen- The lighting is now ready to be used and enjoyed by sporting participants and spectators of your facility.
